Cardio Kick w/ Lindsay

Class type: Strength & Tabata cardio (Tabata is HIIT featuring 4-minute exercises that alternate 20-second push and 10-second rest)

Instructor insights: “Combines the benefits of complex strength training using multiple muscle groups at once and Tabata cardio to torch calories. It’s designed to be intense, but easily modified, and I highly encourage clients to work to their own max.”

A new group fitness class is coming to The Corner Studio Pilates & Lagree! PilatesBody is a circuit-style class that will allow clients to use different Pilates equipment while building lean muscles through resistance exercises.
