Sunday Burn

Drop deep into your body in this 60 min. heated yoga flow. Find balance in a blend of static holds and dynamic movements as you harness the power of your breath and mind. Let stress melt away as you increase flexibility and stimulate the lymphatic system to detoxify your body. Regroup, set your intentions, and rev up to hit your goals this week and burn a little brighter.
Cardio Barre

Get ready to sweat and sculpt with our cardio barre class! This high-energy class combines the toning benefits of traditional barre with the calorie-burning power of cardio exercises. Small movements with fast-paced exercises will tone, sculpt and strengthen your body all while raising your heart rate.
Total Body
Taught by Kate Huddleston
A strength focused total body workout that challenges both physically and mentally with different time under tension formats that keep the body guessing while keeping your heart heart high and build muscle.
Power Pilates
Taught by Chelsea Cousineau
This 50-minute music-driven Pilates and Barre inspired class features low-impact yet dynamic movements that will sculpt and tone your entire body. You will be guided through an uplifting warm-up that will facilitate connection to your core, followed by full-body sculpting sequences leaving you feeling strong and sculpted. End your session with a grounding cool-down to balance your body and mind.
Full Body Burnout
Taught by Steph Bessert
Full Body Burnout focuses on muscle and cardio endurance. Your heart rate will be up the entire workout as we move through complex strength movements, tabata cardio training, and a core burnout.
HIITstrong
Taught by Sam, Kendall, Steph, Zoë and Cam
A 45-minute high-intensity interval training class that will move you throughout strength and cardio circuits. Expect a strenuous, complete total body workout.
Power Circuit
Taught by Sam, Steph, Zoë and Cam
60-minute class focused on building muscle strength, power, and endurance with each week varying from full-body work to targeting specific muscle groups. Six station circuit format where we spend six minutes lifting and finish with a one minute cardio bust. We finish each class with two four minute burnouts.
Bala Sculpt
Taught by Wren Miller
Bala Sculpt is a dynamic 45-minute class that combines dedicated core-strengthening exercises with full-body sculpting movements using your favorite Bala equipment. Each session includes targeted stretches intended to cool down and calm the body after an invigorating workout, enhancing flexibility and body awareness. Perfect for all fitness levels, Bala Sculpt promotes muscle conditioning, stress relief, and overall functional fitness.
MegaBody
Taught by Steph Bessert
a full body high-intensity, low-impact strength training class with an emphasis on core stability through the use of Heroboards, free weights, gliders, bands, etc. MegaBody is a challenging, sweaty, fun workout that’s protective of your joints!
GYROKINESIS®

Total Tabata
Taught by Kate Huddleston
A total body workout in the Tabata format. A form of high-intensity physical training in which very short periods of activity are alternated with shorter periods of rest.
Doing a single Tabata can increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and can help you burn more fat than a traditional 60-minute aerobic (aka cardio) workout.
