KT Walsh

20 years ago I began teaching dance and fitness in East Lansing and then in Boston. In 2012, I discovered Pilates and Lagree while doing marketing for a fitness brand in Los Angeles. Immediately I knew I found my fitness infatuation.

I'm STOTT Reformer & Mat certified, TRX Qualified as well as certified by the Cecchetti Ballet Council of America and several boutique barre studios. I've trained as a dancer most of my life, notably at The Boston Conservatory, Broadway Dance Center, and on the MSU Dance Team. I draw from my dance experience to encourage proper technique for every body. 

My class is for beginner to advanced practitioners, pre & post natal, and those recovering from injury. Tell me what's going on, I can help! I focus on the overall client experience and offer fun music, good humor and challenging exercises that can be tailored to every level.
