Emma Van Hoet

Physical fitness has always played an active role in my lifestyle.  I enjoy running, biking, strength training, and yoga.  I’m a Master’s Level Psychologist, and have several years of experience as a practicing outpatient therapist treating all ages across the lifespan.

Throughout the rewarding work as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping guide people toward living a healthier and happier life.  I’ve seen first hand how exercise and activity can provide stress relief, and help build a healthier mindset.

I’m hopeful that my passion for motivating people with a personable and positive approach, will help others achieve their personal fitness goals in a comfortable, and fun environment.
