Sunday Burn
Taught by Wren Miller

Drop deep into your body in this 60 min. heated yoga flow. Find balance in a blend of static holds and dynamic movements as you harness the power of your breath and mind. Let stress melt away as you increase flexibility and stimulate the lymphatic system to detoxify your body. Regroup, set your intentions, and rev up to hit your goals this week and burn a little brighter.

Bala Power
Taught by Whitney Stines

Bala Power is the perfect blend of cardio strength training keeping the heart rate up while using the bala ring, bangles, and sliders to tone and tighten the entire body. Using light weight resistance and high repetitions will torch calories and tone the entire body with an emphasis on core work incorporated throughout and an extra core burnout at the end.

Power Circuit
Taught by Cam and Whitney

60-minute class focused on building muscle strength, power, and endurance with each week varying from full-body work to targeting specific muscle groups. Six station circuit format where we spend six minutes lifting and finish with a one minute cardio bust. We finish each class with two four minute burnouts.

Barre Booty
Taught by Lindsay Perrigan

Each class consists of easy to follow dance moves to heat the body, ballet inspired moves incorporating the ballet barre to tone and strengthen and mat work to focus on core and cool down. Get ready to feel the burn while having fun in this 50 min class!

Floor Barre • Define
Taught by Cara Cooley

Strengthen, lengthen + sculpt your entire body with this ballet inspired class designed to be attainable for absolutely everybody- whether you’re just starting out or you’re looking to challenge your existing workout, this is the class for you! Musically driven and flawlessly structured to give you that full body burn and post class glow 🔥

Cardio Dance & Sculpt
Taught by Cara Cooley

Get your heart rate up and your body moving to this dance inspired cardio workout set to upbeat music. Anyone can follow along and learn the moves while torching calories. Light weights are incorporated in the class for a full-body tone and sculpt. Come transform your body and mind and leave feeling like a dancer - no dance experience necessary! 

We finish class with a quick full body burn using a mat + light weights for all of you sculpt lovers- your body is working at its most efficient at this time in class so you’re ensured major results

Full Body Burnout
Taught by Whitney Stines

Full Body Burnout focuses on muscle and cardio endurance. Your heart rate will be up the entire workout as we move through complex strength movements, tabata cardio training, and a core burnout.

Vinyasa Flow
Taught by Wren Miller

This class is designed to help you cultivate strength and endurance by linking breath and movement. Be prepared to sweat it out in a warm room! Align your body with sun salutations before diving deeper into a series of challenging balances, invitational binds, and counter stretches. Explore your edges, sharpen your focus, expand your skills and find your flow.

Total Tabata
Taught by Kate Huddleston

A total body workout in the Tabata format. A form of high-intensity physical training in which very short periods of activity are alternated with shorter periods of rest.
Doing a single Tabata can increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and can help you burn more fat than a traditional 60-minute aerobic (aka cardio) workout.

Slow Burn
Taught by Wren Miller

Focus on the foundations of yoga through proper alignment as you strengthen and awaken your brain-body connection. Bring your beginners mindset to move with intention and curiosity. This gently heated class will help stimulate your lymphatic system, detoxify your body and build flexibility. Above all, you’ll have time and space to ground down and unwind.

Full Body Reset
Taught by Melissa Coulier

If you struggle with fatigue, joint pain, stress, anxiety, or just need to release some toxins, this is the class for you! Full Body Reset is a body-weight, mobility workout class in order to increase functional movement, release tension and reduce inflammation. 

This 50-minute class starts with a 5-minute warmup flow, then transitions into a 37-minute functional workout routine, followed by a 5-minute cooldown flow. The concludes with a 3-minute meditation. 

HIITstrong
Taught by Whitney, Hadley, Steph and Cam

A 45-minute high-intensity interval training class that will move you throughout strength and cardio circuits. Expect a strenuous, complete total body workout.

Cardio Kick
Taught by Lindsay Perrigan

This 45 minute class will have you kicking, punching and knocking out that stubborn body fat! In this high intensity cardio conditioning class you'll burn more fat in half the time. Every class ends with abdominal strength exercises and a cool down. 

A.A.A
Taught by Lindsay Perrigan

In this 45 minute workout you will focus on the triple "A", arms, abs and @ss! Each workout with vary keeping your body guessing what's next. Class will incorporate dumbbells, bars, glider and loop bands to build muscle and burn fat!

Total Body
Taught by Kate Huddleston

A strength focused total body workout that challenges both physically and mentally with different time under tension formats that keep the body guessing while keeping your heart heart high and build muscle.
