My love for Pilates began after a yoga injury and it was then that I realized I needed to support my yoga practice with some kind of strength building workouts. 7 years of taking all types of fitness classes and I knew that practicing Pilates was the key to supporting all the other forms of movement that I love. I am now certified in Mat Pilates and Iām so happy to be able to share my knowledge and passion for movement with the amazing Corner Studio clients. My hope is for you to leave my class feeling stronger, more connected to your body and mind, and most importantly, empowered to step out of the studio feeling like your best self!
