Cara Cooley-Steiner

Originally from Washington State, I couldn't be happier to call Grosse Pointe home. After graduating from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC, I spent the following years working regionally in musical theater and finally touring with the National/International Broadway tour of Cats. Shortly after I received my 200 hour teaching certification through yoga alliance. Love and opportunity brought me to Detroit where I now live with my husband, a Grosse Pointe native. My passion for movement and music led me to create an inclusive workout rooted in the truth that movement is medicine and music has healing powers. I am ecstatic to be part of The Corner Studio community and to be given the opportunity to allow people to empower and free themselves in my classes.
